You are invited to an intimate, transportive evening where agave becomes both muse and medium at "Ascend to Jalisco," an oak & fire experience centered on agave spirits. Inspired by the spirit and landscape of Jalisco, Mexico, this immersive, seven-course dining experience takes place at Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi on Wednesday, June 10th at 6pm, for just 20 guests.

Back for a third year by popular demand, this four-part patio party series occurs the second Saturday of each month, starting June 13th through September 12th, 2:30-4:30pm. ELEVATED NIGHTS

Rise up to the 31st floor for Elevated Nights: a curated, three-course prix fixe experience at Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi. Exclusively offered in the dining room Sundays through Thursdays, April 12th through May 28th, Elevated Nights introduces guests to the creative flavors and composed dishes of Ascend Prime in this menu, and for only $95 per guest.
